Our Recommended cooking guide

  • Separate ground beef into desired portions and roll into loosely packed balls. Season as desired.
  • Place your burger on your hot cooking surface and push down with your smoosh burger to flatten patty’s to around ¼” thick and hold for around 10 seconds to seal.
  • Flip to finish cooking the other side.
  • Add a slice of cheese to melt on top if desired.

TIP: Place a piece of baking paper over the loosely packed ball of meat before smooshing down! Provides an easy and clean transition between pressing each burger down and keeps clean ups easy.
