Shipping policy

Shipping within New Zealand is FREE for purchases over $50 to a non rural address. Free shipping does not include Australia or New Zealand Rural Delivery areas.

Orders under $50 shipping costs $7 to residential areas and $10 to Rural areas, NZ Wide. 

You can also choose the 'pick up' option for online purchases. All ‘pick up’ items need to be picked up from our Store at 60 Commercial Road, Helensville, 0800 Auckland. We will notify you when your order is ready to collect.

Items will be dispatched same day where possible or on the next working day after your order is placed. You should expect to receive your purchase within 2-5 working days. If you have not received your items after 7 days please contact us. If you have not received any communication from us within 2 working days of placing your order, please contact us. Allow extra for Rural Delivery.

The above applies only to addresses within New Zealand.

We offer international shipping to Australia.

Please email us at info@eleventhhourgifts.store for a personal shipping quote if our available rates do not apply to your order.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Eleventh Hour Gifts Limited is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

If your order exceeds our standard packaging rate we will contact you with confirmed international shipping rates.
