Our award-winning Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix is made with real vanilla bean extract and a touch of malt and makes perfectly light and fluffy pancakes or crispy-edged waffles.

Make breakfast easy. Just add water for pancakes and water and vegetable oil for waffles. Our bag is resealable-- so if you just want to make one pancake, you can!

Makes 10-12 big fluffy pancakes or waffles.

With a hint of malt, to add depth and richness, we use only the finest New Zealand local and imported ingredients.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Sugar, Buttermilk Powder (5%), Whole Milk Powder (Contains Soy), Egg Powder, Acidity Regulators (Potassium Bitartrate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Raising Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate), Malt Extract (Gluten), Maize Starch, Salt, Vanilla Bean Extract (0.1%).

Allergens: Contains Gluten, Milk, Soy, Egg. May Contain traces of peanuts, treenuts and sesame seeds.
